Bottled Up

Made in 48 hours during GGJ2025. Theme: Bubble

A little simple narrative game about how it is when all your feelings and thoughts bubble up during therapy (EMDR).

Just a little peek at how it is in my head during those times. Just went with my first thought with the theme: Bubble. Made an EMDR light machine and went on from there. Took some inspiration from Hide and Seek games and other small indie games to make some playful memories.

You can play with your mouse, some headphones on for some calming ASMR sounds. Since I'm still recovering from burnout, these sounds are so calming to me. No music because it distracts too much and is overwhelming. 

How to play:

Just click when your mouse appears on memories or bubbles. Or tap your phone. You can speed through dialogue by clicking the mouse or tapping the phone

• Please note: When in memory, please click the mom first or else you'll get a softlock. [FIXED]
• Known bugs: When first selecting dad and daughter first and mom in the last memory, this will softlock the game. [FIXED]
